Schema used to verify that a UserID and Password correspond to an existing and active account.
The 'UserID' and 'Password' elements identify the account. The 'ServiceName' element must be set to 'AccountVerify'. The 'SoftwareVersion' element is for internal 2SMS use only and should not be set. There should be an empty 'ServiceDetail' element.
This method returns a succesful "00/OK" response if the account is valid and currently active. The 'Result' element confirms this. If the account does not exist, or is archived or barred from use, an appropriate error response is returned.
